Slow Food SA and SACWA Warners Group are collaborating for an exclusive cooking demonstration during this year’s Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb. Featuring Slow Food Snail of Approval Wunderbar Lamb and Four-Leaf Milling Flour. Rhonda Seymour Auburn Olive Oil and Slow Food SA President Rosa Matto will be showcasing lamb kofta meatballs with hummus, and pomegranate sumac tomato salad with sheep’s yoghurt plus flat bread and preserved lemons.
