Event: Yoga & Meditation – From Tension to Peace

Join us for a two-hour workshop designed to guide you through a gentle process of relaxation, inner connection, and return to a calm state of being.
WORKSHOP SCHEDULE:
1. Yoga Practice – From Tension to Relief
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga session aimed at releasing physical and mental tension. Through mindful movement and breath, you’ll be supported in finding ease, balance, and a renewed sense of presence in your body.
2. Guided Meditation – A Journey from Anxiety to Calm
The second part will be a guided meditation experience, helping you move from feelings of anxiety toward inner peace. This is a safe space to tune in, slow down, and reconnect with what truly matters.
3. Sharing Circle – Integration and Feedback
To close, we’ll open the space for group reflection. This is a chance to share your insights, feelings, and thoughts about the yoga and meditation process in a supportive community setting.
What to bring:
– Comfortable clothing
– Yoga mat
– Water
– Anything else that supports your personal comfort (blanket, cushion, eye mask, etc.)

YOGA will be guided by:
Kasia Kulec – My journey with yoga began a few years ago and gradually evolved into a passion and, eventually, a way of life. I lead both individual and group classes, with a strong focus on technique. For me, technique is the foundation—like the solid base of a house. Without it, there’s no stability, safety, or growth.
I practice in the Iyengar yoga tradition, which emphasizes precision, mindfulness, and conscious movement. I value attention to detail, as I believe that’s where the power and deep meaning of the practice truly lie.
MEDITATION will be guided by:
Agnieszka Rutkowska – I’m the founder of the Facebook project Intuicyjne Rozmowy (Intuitive Conversations), which supports people in following the voice of their intuition and living in alignment with themselves.
