Seaside Qigong at Fort Macon

[Location: Fort Macon State Park- gazebo overlooking inlet]
Open your senses to the ocean and sky. Drinking the energy of Mother Earth through qigong. We will practice moving through our bodies for the integration and rejuvenation of our healthy mind and body. We can do this sitting, standing, or lying down. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one; there will be some to spare. Guided by Brenna Wilcox, certified Qigong Instructor & Somatic Energy Therapist
*This is not at the bathhouse beach access. Shelter on the water across from the visitor's center.
