Savor the Soundtrack of Summer at Sweet Auburn Barbecue

Slide into summer with a night of smoky barbecue smooth bourbon and soul-soaked Southern rock. Thursday June 12 2025 Sweet Auburn Barbecue and Blue Note Bourbon are cranking up the flavor and turning down the lights for a one-night-only BBQ & Bourbon Dinner served with a side of live music and good vibes. Starting at 6:30 p.m. guests will be greeted with a welcome cocktail made with Juke Joint Bourbon (93 proof) before diving into a three-course feast of Sweet Auburn’s signature Southern-meets-Asian plates—think tender Chopped Brisket fall-off-the-bone Smoked Chinese Spare Ribs crispy Pimento Cheese Wontons and more. Each course comes perfectly paired with bold Blue Note Bourbons—Rye Whiskey 93 Proof Crossroads Toasted French Oak 100 Proof and the fiery Uncut ‘Mixtape 8’ Cask Strength—guided by Blue Note’s own Natalie Brutto. As the night unfolds Andrew Holley sets the mood with a live set of southern soul and rock that lingers in the air like good smoke.
