R.E.A.A.C.T. which stands for Real Estate Activity Alert & Control Tool, is free and allows you to get notice on multiple parcels.

As the name suggest R.E.A.A.C.T. provides a notification, either by text, email, or both, when an instrument is recorded on a parcel number registered under your account.
