Roscommon Pride is the 2nd event celebrating diversity and inclusivity in County Roscommon. This event features a Pride march, family-friendly activities, and performances.
Roscommon Pride March*: Takes place on August 23rd at 2:30 pm, starting at The Quad in Roscommon town.
- *This years Grand Marshal*: Jane Clarke, a renowned poet from Roscommon, will lead the 2025 Pride march. She's known for her work focusing on the beauty of the Irish countryside.
- *Events*: The festival includes Drag Bingo, discussions, family fun days, and parties, promoting a sense of community and acceptance. There's even an event for your dog, you can enter them & they could possibly even win a prize.
- *Purpose*: Roscommon Pride aims to build a more inclusive environment, celebrating LGBTQ+ resilience and promoting equality.
