Sunday Soothing Soundbath

Enjoy a relaxing but rejuvenating Sunday soundbath at Grendon Community Centre on 24th August , 6pm till 7pm where you will hear singing bowls rainshakers bells and the gong.
Soundbaths are a way to immerse yourself in relaxation and destress and be in the present moment.
The waves of sound are said to reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure promote sleep yet give a renewed energy .
The session is an hour long the first part being a 15 minute guided meditation then following on with the soundbath.
