Beginner Basics in Drawing Workshop

Drawing is such a valuable skill to have... plus it's fun and relaxing!

In this hands-on one-day workshop for beginners, led by local artist Samantha Hudson, you'll learn to use various drawing tools from pencils and pens to charcoals and kneaded erasers. You'll learn techniques in composition, perspective, shading, and blending, get pro tips for finishing your work, and enjoy sketching in a relaxed environment.

All the materials you'll need for this class will be provided.

We'll use a variety of drawing tools and surfaces, and don't fret...we break out the good stuff! Better materials make your practice more enjoyable, so we look forward to sharing our quality supplies with you.

By the time class is over, you'll be ready to start drawing confidently on your own!
