� Next up in our Summer Wellness Mini Series is the first of our ‘Strong Mamas, Calm Babies’ event.
.
�Sunday 22nd June from 8-10 am in Nomad Bailieborough
.
� Bring your baby with you to enjoy the some fun time on our play-mat while you complete your exercise class with Julianne & some relaxing time for them with Orla. We do advise that it would be best if babies were under 1 or at the age that they are not crawling or walking so you can complete the exercise class without constantly running after them . . . Although it would add to the cardio � We will have a space there for babies but feel free to bring their own favourite toy/teether and to bring them in their car seat.
