La Prima Fiera Nazionale del Tartufo Nero “Trifola nOiR”.

Nei due weekend di giugno:

Sabato 7 Giugno 2025: la notte del tartufo
Domenica 8 Giugno 2025: la Fiera

Sabato 14 Giugno 2025: la notte del tartufo
Domenica 15 Giugno 2025: la Fiera

Protagonista assoluto sarà il tartufo nero, il Tuber aestivum Vitt. (Scorzone), espressione estiva di una terra ricca e generosa.

Due fine settimana dedicati al gusto, alla cultura del tartufo, all’artigianato locale e alla bellezza del territorio. Un’occasione unica per conoscere da vicino i trifolao, i segreti della cerca, le ricette della tradizione e le nuove frontiere della gastronomia estiva.
