SIP & SWAP INSTRUCTIONS

Let’s keep it fabulous, fair, and fun for everyone!

Whether you’re bringing vintage gems or modern staples, follow these easy steps to make the most of your swap experience.

💜 BRING YOUR BEST

• Please bring 10 -15 gently loved clothing items or accessories.
• Items should be clean, in good condition, and free of stains, holes, or excessive wear.
• We welcome all styles and sizes — from casual to professional to statement pieces.

Also accepted: shoes, bags, scarves, jewelry.

🚫 Not accepted: underwear, swimwear, damaged or visibly worn-out items.

✅CHECK-IN & DROP-OFF

• When you arrive, head to the Swap Check-In Table.
• Our team will do a quick quality check and help you sort your items by category (tops, dresses, accessories, etc.).
• You’ll receive a Swap Ticket that reflects the number of items you brought (max 20 including shoes and accessories)

🍹SIP & STYLE

• Once checked in, feel free to grab a drink, mingle, and browse the swap racks.
• Try things on, snap some selfies, and connect with other stylish shoppers.
  

🛍️TAKE WHAT YOU LOVE

• Use your Swap Ticket to “purchase” up to the same number of items you donated.
• Found more than you expected? After our second hour, leftover items will be up for grabs, first come, first serve!
  
  🥰SHOW LOVE, NOT SHADE

• This is a judgment-free zone — all styles, all sizes, all stages of life are welcome.
• If it’s not your vibe, pass with kindness. Someone else will rock it with pride!

✨LEFTOVER ITEMS

• Any unclaimed items at the end of the night will be donated to a local women’s organization supporting low-income communities. ❤️
