What to Expect During the Session?

Let yourself unwind with a gentle flow yoga session, followed by calming breathwork to center your mind and body. The session will conclude with a soothing sound bath to help you relax and reset. Is There a Grace Period?

Yes. There will be a 10-minute grace period from 1:00 pm until 1:15 pm to allow students to get settled in.

What to Bring?

I encourage you to bring a yoga mat, blanket, a small pillow, and something to cover your eyes. Also, bring water. Yoga mats and blankets will also be available at the venue.

Facility Info

The facility is a privately owned studio on 15 acres of land in Montgomery County, MD. It is a beautiful, quaint place. The Octagon Room projects a crisp sound due to its dome-like structure. Shoes are prohibited inside the octagon. The owners also have a blueberry farm! Blueberries are currently in bloom, but are set to ripen around the time frame of this class. There is a separate charge for picking blueberries. Blueberry picking is subject to the ripeness of the fruit.

Parking Info

Park in the parking lot in front of the building or the driveway. There are 17 parking spots available. You are encouraged to carpool if possible.

Additional Info

The sound bowl portion of the session is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, expecting to be pregnant, or for individuals with pacemakers.

Info: Sound bath with chime and singing bowls provides soothing sounds and vibrations. This can promote relaxation, relieve stress, ease anxiety, and enhance mental clarity.

Info: Clients will have the opportunity to enjoy refreshments and take their time getting ready to exit the session.

Info: Guests will participate in produce picking for an additional price ($5 for a small bin or $10 for a larger bin).
