These beautiful sessions offer a gentle space to pause, reflect and simply be — surrounded by peaceful energy and the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum and more.

⚠️ Please note: Sound baths may not be suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with sound-induced epilepsy, anyone with a severe mental health condition (unless professionally supported), or anyone with metal implants such as pacemakers. Get in touch if you’re unsure.
