Whether you experience pelvic floor issues (like leakage, prolapse, pain, or tightness) or simply want to understand this vital part of your body, this series offers accessible, empowering, and deeply educational practices for all women.
Each week includes a blend of:
Targeted pelvic floor yoga practices tailored to your personal pelvic floor type
Anatomy education to understand your own structure
Postural and breathing explorations that affect pelvic and core health
Clarity on the difference between a hypertonic (tight) and hypotonic (weak) pelvic floor
You’ll also explore how pelvic positioning influences:
Your spine and posture
Your connection to your feet and grounding
Your breath and vocal resonance
How you walk, sit, stand, and practice yoga

This series is designed for women of all ages and stages—from menstruating to menopausal and beyond—who want to:
