Neuro-Somatic Awareness Training & Integration) is a practical and embodied approach to cultivating nervous system regulation, body-mind awareness, and lasting integration of movement, breath, and presence.
This weekend training introduces participants to a fusion of somatic practices, and breath-based awareness designed to support healing, mobility, and resilience. Through guided movement explorations, trauma-sensitive approaches, and embodied inquiry, you will learn how to connect more deeply with your body, release long-held tension, and foster a grounded sense of aliveness.
