Rhythm and Mantra - Special Kirtan & World Music Event

Join us at Rogue Valley Yoga on June 13th for a soul-nourishing evening of rhythm, mantra, and heart-centered connection with the internationally acclaimed musicians Emam & Mahalakshmi.

Emam, born in Iran and trained in North Indian classical drumming by the legendary Ustad Alla Rakha and Zakir Hussain, blends traditional tabla with global rhythms to create a powerful, uplifting sound. He’s a scholar, composer, and lifelong student of Indian music culture.

Mahalakshmi is a devotional sound yogini, singer-songwriter, and kirtan leader whose poetic lyrics and heart-centered melodies have inspired audiences across the US, India, and Europe.

� Suggested donation of $25; but all are welcome. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Enjoy a nourishing vegetarian meal after the music (bring a dish or sweets to share; or a non-perishable for the Ashland Food Bank)
