FinCEN 101: New Reporting Essentials!

Mandatory federal reporting under the Corporate Transparency Act begins March 1, and it will impact many of the LLCs, small businesses, and investment structures your clients use every day. Join us in our ASHLAND office for an important FinCEN overview designed specifically for Kentucky real estate professionals.

• 1:00 PM session

Each session will cover what the new FinCEN requirements are, who must file, key deadlines, penalties, and how these changes affect real estate transactions—especially at the contract and closing table. You’ll leave with clear talking points and practical knowledge you can immediately use with buyers, sellers, investors, and business-owner clients.
