� No fancy poses, no pressure – just simple, soothing movement and guided relaxation to help you rest well, wake refreshed.

� Starts Monday 19th May, 6:15pm for 5x consecutive Mondays but no class King's Birthday.
� 5-Class Block | Only $65 for new members | members can use concessions for each attendance
� All levels welcome – especially beginners and those with mobility challenges!
