Sound gong bath Evenings are a way of experiencing sound healing therapy with instruments that provide their own unique vibrational frequency, helping you to enjoy a meditational state of harmony and balance
Lay back and relax in a dark candlelit room, while the sound vibration cleanses our energy fields and re energises the mind, body and soul
Doors open at 6.45pm. Please arrive around 7pm so you can create your space, ready to start 7.30pm. Coffee and crystal shop will be open for refreshments before and after the session.
Late entry is not permitted to the hall once the session has started
The coffee and crystal shop will remain open after the session until 9.15pm
