Slow Flow and Yin with Sound Bath

Please join Rosie Mulford and Katie McKay for a 2-hour workshop to reset, ground, and stabilize.

Using Sound, breathe, and Movement, we move what feels stuck, We open what feels closed, and heal what feels broken through somatic experiences to connect you to your truth and uncover the innate healing that already exists within you.
