Learn the Art of Thai Massage

Come with a partner or friend and learn the yogic art of Thai massage! The techniques shared in this workshop will provide you with accessible, efficient ways to share hands-on touch with loved ones. Walk away with an overview of this modality’s origins, an understanding of "sabai" body mechanics, and a dynamic approach to the energy lines of the body through rocking, compressions, and gentle stretching.

*This modality is performed clothed on a mat on the floor. You will receive a step-by-step manual with pictures to take home with you.

Please arrive in good health with the ability to communicate your boundaries and physical needs.
