At West Asheville Yoga, our training emphasizes meaningful connection. In supportive group settings, you’ll receive individualized attention and mentorship. We guide you in crafting a personal practice and teaching style that reflects your voice, values, and vision, ensuring you emerge ready to inspire others. Our curriculum bridges the traditions of yoga with the evolving needs of the modern practitioner. You’ll gain a deep understanding of yoga’s history, philosophy, and spiritual roots while mastering the practical tools of asana, breathwork, meditation, and teaching methodology.

Training times:
Fridays 5:30 pm-9:00pm
Saturdays 12:00 pm – 9:00pm
Sundays 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
