🎤 Drew Axtell: Drew Axtell is a real estate investor and Hard Money Lender from Greenville SC. With his strong background in sales, construction, investments and management, he brings a strategic and analytical perspective to his company, and to the borrowers he's able to help. Basically speaking, Drew loves all things real estate, and loves to see others be successful in their investment journey. Drew is the husband of an incredible private chef, and father of 2 beautiful children, he loves spending the rare moments of down time fly fishing in Pisgah forest, or golfing the many great courses in Greenville.

🎤 Sandra Peplinska: Born and raised in Poland, Sandra was introduced to real estate early, tagging along with her father on flips and rentals.She holds an engineering degree in Food Technology and Nutrition from the University of Science and Technology in Poland and continued her education at The Ohio State University. After a successful career in the food industry, she made the leap into the Asheville real estate world in 2022. Sandra now works with Iron Creek Properties, managing a diverse portfolio of over 240 long-term rental properties across Buncombe County. In November 2024, she purchased her first home and her first investment property, which is currently undergoing a full rehab and remodel, marking the start of her journey in house flipping and strategic real estate growth.

🎤Thomas Wolfe: The principal leader of Lobo Builders, Thomas Wolfe, is a visionary, adventurer, and family man. Thomas has lived in Asheville, NC for 25 years with his incredible wife and co-owner, Annie, and their four beautiful children. Thomas grew up in the construction industry. He started his first construction business at 21 and hasn’t been able to keep his hands out of sawdust and drywall dust since. His commitment to building a kind, respectful, and progressive construction company is completely out of the industry norm. In his (rare) free time, Thomas enjoys reading, hiking, camping, or a fine glass of wine. He is also a fan of training and plans to be a triathlete (again) to stay fit for the dream team that he leads.
