Pop Bubble Tea is super excited to welcome Chef J Chong, a legend in the Asheville food and beyond, for a pop-up at 640 Merrimon Ave! You can expect some delicious grab and go street food as well as some sweet (and savory) treats from Pop as well as The Hop Ice Cream.

One of most talented and beloved figures to emerge in Asheville’s culinary scene is Chef J Chong, who has become famous for her Cantonese eats available via North Asheville Tailgate Market and pop-ups. She also dazzles the foodie community at regular private dinners with 5 course traditional Cantonese cuisine. You can also find her on the HBO max show, The Big Brunch.
