We’re pleased to announce Peak Saunas Grande Opening event on Saturday 28th June, from 2-10pm.
Collaborating with Derbyshire's two leading Sauna Masters, we have a range of sauna experiences on offer including regular sauna & cold plunge and 2 different sauna rituals. There's an outdoor social space and fire to gather round and some beautiful views for you to enjoy.
Whatever your experience, whether a sauna novice or hot and cold professional, come and enjoy our unique wild sauna experience in the rolling Derbyshire hills.
Choose from below the three ticket options:
Option 1 – Sauna Only
Experience a classic communal sauna & cold plunge session across 2 different saunas.
Hot.Cold.Repeat
An example of our core communal sauna session offering. Priced at £12 you get 55 minutes of dedicated sauna, cold plunge and social time to enjoy the rejuvenating power of rounds of hot and cold.
There will be 2 different saunas to move between during your session; Peak Saunas 6 person barrel sauna and Saunahood – We Are The Elements’ 8 person sauna tent.
Option 2 – 1 hour guided sauna ritual with aromatherapy and breathwork
Experience a guided sauna ritual with Sauna Master Hannah Goodger.
Escape. Breathe. Reconnect
Step into a world of scent, sensation, and steam with this carefully curated aromatherapy session, led by sauna master Hannah. Using premium Aromen essential oils from Belgium and beautifully handmade Lithuanian Oak whisks, each session is designed to elevate your senses and harmonise body and mind. Priced at £25, hosted in Peak Saunas barrel sauna.
Option 3 – 1 hour Lithuanian Pirtis guided sauna ritual including arboreal whisking and homemade salt scrubs.
Encounter multi-sensory traditional Lithuanian sauna ritual with Sauna Master Kate Rawson from Saunahood – We Are The Elements.
It’s nature connection, but not as you know it!
Inspired by her recent week-long level 3 training, Kate Rawson will be offering a truly immersive treat for body and mind with guided Lithuanian Pirtis which includes beautiful arboreal whisking techniques and handmade salt scrubs. Priced at £25, hosted in Saunahood’s sauna tent.
As this is our Grande Opening event you are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before your session to have a look around and meet the team, and to stay and enjoy the communal social area for as long as you like after your sauna session time too.
