In Honor of Mother's Day...
We are honoring the moms in our community and hosting an opportunity to fill up your cup with other moms.
It will be at Ralston Central Park Playground so the kids can play (and you don't have to worry about childcare) while you have a little mom to mom connection time and learn ways you can keep your core and pelvic floor happy and healthy.
We will have mini info and assessment stations, Pilates rehab demos, awesome giveaways, and snacks and refreshments.
