2nd Annual ALAH JFL Combine

The ALAH JFL program is again excited to host the ALAH JFL Combine. It will be a chance for players to show off their skills and compete individually in front of friends & family.
Players will compete in the following six events mirroring the NFL Combine:
• Vertical jump
• Broad jump
• 40-yard dash
• 3 cone drill
• Bench Press
• 20-yard shuffle
Following the Combine we will have an optional parent/player tackling drill for anyone who wants to participate. This is a chance for parents to show off their football skills and get a little payback! Players need to have helmets and shoulder pads to participate.
There will then be a short awards ceremony where the top performer from each grade level will win a prize.
