Summer Solstice Sound Bath

Join us for a 90 minute, multi instrument, sound bath featuring four facilitators to celebrate summer and the changing of seasons.

The Sound Bath takes place at 257 John Street, North in Arnprior, ON.

Let’s welcome summer together with a soothing sound bath.

You will be guided through opening breathwork and meditation followed by gentle movement to prepare you for the sound bath. Throughout the evening different instruments will be played, and we will circulate around the room with several of these, including: crystal singing bowls, a gong, guitar, chimes, rainsticks, ocean drums, thunder drums and more. In sound meditation the vibrations, tones and frequencies help shift the brain to a more relaxed state to promote healing and well-being.

We encourage you to bring anything that you will need to be comfortable - blankets, mats, bolsters, a small pillow and eye pillow. We will have some props available to borrow as well.

Refreshments will be offered afterwards.

Please note: crystal bowl sound baths may be contraindicated for those individuals with a pacemaker, an insulin pump or those individuals who have suffered a concussion or TBI.
