Handstand Workshop

Curious about going upside down? Whether you're brand new to handstands or looking to refine your form, this workshop is all about building confidence from the ground up.

Join Ro and explore the mechanics of a strong handstand foundation, practice alignment drills, and play with balance in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

You’ll leave with tools, techniques, and renewed trust in your body’s ability to rise, one breath, one fingertip, one smile at a time.

All levels welcome. Come as you are: no handstand experience required, just a little courage and curiosity!
