What you'll experience:

* Guided, grounding meditation

* Somatic yoga rooted in mindful movement and breath work to gently awaken and ground the body releasing tension and fostering embodied awareness.

* Self reflective journaling to explore emotional insights, internal patterns and intentions.

* Sound Journey experience a soothing immersion in sound with metal and Crystal singing bowls gongs and chimes to deepen relaxation and energetic balance.
