Days: Monday (May 12) & Thursday (May 15)
Tasks: Install trellises, compost application, pest scouting, irrigation setup
Volunteers: 6–8
Week 3 (May 15–21)
Days: Monday (May 19) & Thursday (May 22)
Tasks: Weeding, thinning, foliar feeding, compost maintenance
Volunteers: 6–8
Week 4 (May 22–28)
Days: Monday (May 26) & Thursday (May 29)
Tasks: First light harvests (greens, radish), re-seeding gaps, add shade for crops
Volunteers: 8–10
Week 5 (May 29–June 4)

Tasks: Preservation prep (gear clean, set up stations), weeding
