Let's get together for a lovely little hike, & Yoga at Rose Swanson Mountain in Armstrong, BC.
This is my 2nd Hike to Yoga event of 2025,
and it will be Thursday evening, Aug 21st, 2025.
We will all meet in the parking lot of Rose Swanson Mountain in Armstrong by 5:20 pm. You will see this parking area clearly off Chamberlain Rd.
We will do introductions as a group before we hike, and then *start our hike at 5:30 ish.
The hike to the top is roughly 1 hour up, and less on the way back down.
There is a beautiful area with a view where we can put our mats at the top!
It is not perfectly even but it it is fine, I recommend you bring an old towel or blanket to rest under your mat to smooth out the surface.
I will guide us through an all levels 45-50 min practice as we enjoy the view and weather.
We can have a bit of chill time at the top after practice as well. It is also a great place for photo opportunities as it in an absolutely gorgeous view!

-water,
-your yoga mat,
-hat or sunglasses will help at the top, but the trial is nicely shaded,
-snacks if you need to help you keep going.
Please leave your dog at home,
we LOVE dogs but they are distracting during yoga and a big part of this event is to have a yoga practice as well.
