Early in their high school journey, children and their families often begin to consider options for the final years of schooling. This evening provides an opportunity to learn more about the Senior Years program at our school and to contribute your own perspectives, wishes and hopes for your child's final years of education.

Who: Students & their families. Ideal for students in Classes 5-10.

Time: 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Location: The Senior Years Classroom (underneath the library)
No RSVP is required.
This session will be most informative to students in upper primary and junior high school, and their families. It is also open to all community members who are curious about our Senior Years Program.
Camilla, our Senior Years Coordinator, will cover topics such as:
• Steiner-based teaching practices in Senior Years
• Subject selection process
• Camps, study tours and wellbeing program
• The HSC condensed curriculum model
• UNE Visiting Academics Program
• UNE Pathways Enabling Course
• Alternative subject selection (in partnership with PLC Armidale)
• Alternative learning pathways (e.g. school-based apprenticeships)
Plenty of time will be allowed for discussion and Q&A.
