Description:
This course by Steve Etzel, will help Texas REALTORS® effectively serve buyers or sellers in transactions that involve foreclosures or short sales. Attendees will learn to define distressed properties, short sales and foreclosures. Course also covers listing and buyers agent role in a short sale, how to manage a short sale listing, plus closing the contract and legal guidelines for this type of transaction.
