Surfing Inner Waves: A Reiki Exploration with Marjorie Ames

Learn to access your inner flows of energy so that you may meet life's challenges with equanimity, and meet your stress or exhaustion by sensing into the energetic nature of your being. Through both active and reflective practices, along with a mini one-on-one reiki treatment for each participant, this workshop will help you cultivate awareness of your own source of inner energy and help maintain balance and well-being.
