Sound Bath & Chill at the AMA

Join us for an immersive experience combining the tranquility of an art museum with the contemplative practice of crystal sound healing and gentle movement.

Our class will be held inside the traditional gallery's 360 room of the newly opened location for Arlington Museum of Art in the Entertainment District.

After class, enjoy the Group Discount rate for admission to explore the musuem's larger exhibits.

THINGS TO KNOW

- Bring your own mat and any props you like to use to help relax (essential oils, pillows, blankets, eye cover, etc) Water can only be brought in for class and must be set back in your car or left at gift shop if you stay and enter the exhibits.

- Doors open at 11:15am - please do not arrive any earlier to allow time for the space to be set up.

- Pre-registration is required

-Your ticket is for the sound bath class only and does not include any parking fees or post-class admission to the museum if you'd like to stay. Please plan accordingly for these extra costs. Additional fees can be paid in-person the day of the event.

- The new museum is located at 1200 Ballpark Way, Arlington, TX 76011 and shares space with the Esports Stadium Arlington.

- Parking: The AMA is located in the Arlington Entertainment District, which has an abundance of privately-owned and City-managed parking lots. The closest City lot to the AMA is just behind (to the west of) the museum and is accessible from Ballpark Way. There is a $10 fee to park in this lot. Handicap parking is available on the south side of the building near the entrance. Lyft, Uber and other rideshares are available to drop off and pick up. Arlington on Demand is a city-wide service that will take you point-to-point anywhere in Arlington for $5 or less. For instance, trips up to 1.5 miles are only $3. Visit the or websites for details.
