Back for Year 4! Everything PinkNik presents PINKNIK25, an annual event full of fun, fashion, and festivities. You don't want to miss it!

About this Event

What started as a Pink Picnik with a small group of friends has now become one of the most anticipated events of the DMV summer! PinkNik is the event for fun, fashion, friends, family, and fellowship! Every year attendees come out and make meaningful memories; hope you get a chance to join us!

Event Details:

Date & Time: Saturday July 26, 2025 (3pm-9pm)

Address: Gravelly Point, Arlington VA 22202

Things You Should Know:

• There is an onsite public park parking lot.
• There are public park Porta Potty restrooms.

Things You Should Bring:

• Food, Snacks, Drinks/Cocktails (This is a "Bring Your Own" Picnik Style Event!)
• Eating Utensils & Essentials (forks, spoons, knives, plates, cups, napkins, etc.)
• Outside Essentials (bug spray, sunscreen, fan, etc.)
• Blankets (if needed lawn chairs are allowed)
• Umbrellas & Small Tents (Medium & Large tents are not allowed!)
• Card Games, Board Games, Art Supplies, etc. (Bring activities that will keep you occupied while you enjoy PinkNik25)
• Hookahs are allowed however we are not responsible for any incidents that may occour so please be responsible!
• PinkNik is 4/20 friendly, however please be mindful of others.
• YOUR GREAT ENERGY! PinkNik is nothing short of a vibe and we are expecting the same this year! Bad energy will not be tolerated and we will ask you to leave. DRINK RESPONSIBLE & HAVE FUN!

• 1-2:30pm Vendor Set Up (Only vendors will be allowed to set up during this time.)
• 2:30-3pm Guest Early Set Up (Attendees will be allowed to begin setting up their picnik space.)
• 3pm-4pm Guest Arrival & Welcome
• 4pm-4:30pm PinkNik Icebreaker
• 4:30pm-5:30pm PinkNik & Create Session
• 5:30pm-6pm Visit A Vendor / Make a Friend Session
• 6pm-7pm PinkNik Karaoke Session
• 7pm-9pm Have Fun!

Info: PinkNik25 Vendors will use this time to set up their tables, tents, and/or blankets before guest arrive.

Guest Early Set Up

Info: For our guest who would like to show up early and pick their perfect picnik space.

Guest Arrival & Welcome

Info: PinkNik25 will officially begin at 3pm! During arrival & welcome, guest will be assisted with their set up and any questions they may have.

🕑: 04:00 PM - 04:30 PM
PinkNik Icebreaker

Info: By 4pm, PinkNik25 host will facilitate an icebreaker to help guest loosen up and get in the PinkNik spirit!

🕑: 04:30 PM - 05:30 PM
PinkNik Create Session

Info: Various art supplies will be distributed to guest so we all can create together.

🕑: 05:30 PM - 06:00 PM
Visit A Vendor & Make a Friend Session

Info: This time will be dedicated to our vendors! Guest will be encouraged to visit all vendors for purchases, networking opportunities, and fellowship. Attendees will also be encouraged to visit other guest picnik space and mingle with each other.

🕑: 06:00 PM - 07:00 PM
PinkNik Karaoke Session

Info: Singing is one of our traditions and this year we will execute group Karaoke!
