National Medal of Honor Museum - Arlington, TX

TX-3 and TX-6 are planning a road trip to visit the new National Medal of Honor Museum in Arlington, TX. We plan to make this a weekend trip with an overnight stay. We will visit the museum and plan other activities. Arlington is approximately 5hr from San Antonio (plus driving break times). If you are interested in coming along please let us know so we can coordinate detail and hotel stay. Please let us know if you are interested in driving, carpool, and overnight hotel stay.

The 100,000-square-foot museum boasts exhibits such as “More Than a Medal,” which explores the “ordinary lives” of medal recipients, like Marine Kyle Carpenter, and an interactive display featuring interviews with the 61 Medal of Honor recipients living today.

Museum tickets are $30 / $20 for Military.
