MOVEMENT, RHYTHM & VOICE! Full-Body Energy Release with Sophie Leurent + Matthrew Macys

Movement, Rhythm & Voice is a guided and holistic experience that invites participants to transform through symbolic movement, voice, and the power of rhythm, propelled by live drumming. This workshop invites participants on a full-body, heart-opening journey to awaken energy, release tension, and reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the pulse of life. Open to all bodies and all levels, this guided practice blends dance, rhythmic walking, yoga, martial arts, cardio, and voice into one vibrant, healing experience. Wear what feels good: comfortable clothes, barefoot, non-slip socks, or sneakers.
