Miso Making Class

Join us for a hands-on miso-making class!You'll learn about the different types of miso, a brief history of its origins, and how to make your own batch of Shinshu miso—the savory style we sell at Aya’s Culture Kitchen. Each participant will take home approximately 1.5 lbs of freshly made miso.

Sat 7/12 1:00-4:00pm ET

The class includes:

• All supplies for miso-making
• Tasting of Sweet Miso and Shinshu Miso

Class size is limited to 8 participants to ensure a personalized experience.

Parking: Free street parking and a customer parking lot are available.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please review the following policy:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the class will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled for a future class (subject to availability).
• Cancellations made between 3–6 days before the class are eligible for a 50% refund or may be rescheduled with a $15 rebooking fee.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable. We are unable to offer rescheduling due to limited class size and preparation needs.

You are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend if you cannot attend—just let us know their name ahead of time.
