Join us for an intimate, fermentation-focused dinner experience at Aya’s Culture Kitchen in Arlington, MA. This event features a thoughtfully curated multi-course meal celebrating the deep flavors and health benefits of Japanese fermented foods—all handmade in-house.

Menu Highlights:

• Homemade creamy tofu
• Assorted house-pickled vegetables
• Miso soup with house-fermented miso
• Shio-koji tonkatsu (Japanese-style deep-fried pork cutlet)
• Corn butter rice
• Matcha mousse

✨ Some dishes are served family-style. Please note we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions for this event.

Accessibility: Our main dining area is upstairs accessible only by stairs. we do not have an elevator.
