KNOWLEDGE OF WELLS AND SEPTIC TANKS

The object of the course is to give the participant a better understanding of the disclosures required for wells and septic tanks for the real estate agent. As well as ways to market properties that include wells and septic tanks.

What is FIRPTA?

What is the law for “Foreign Investment in Real Property Act”? What is the history of the act? Students will understand who is responsible for paying and who is responsible for collecting the taxes for the IRS.
