IMPACT EVENT: Boxing Boot Camp in the Park

Join the Impact family as we learn the basics of boxing.

As a former boxer and training I'll be teaching the basics of boxing. You'll learn balance, defense and how to punch with power. As we continue you'll also learn combination punching, advanced defense and more. Some trainers charge and you're getting it for free. Come on out, have fun and learn how to defend yourself.

Sure, bring the kids out, they can learn too!

No equipment needed.

MEETING LOCATION: Grass area next to the snack bar and rest rooms.
