The experience begins with each person lying down or seated comfortably, often accompanied by a blanket and an eye mask for added relaxation. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, a succession of different sounds and frequencies fills the remainder of the experience. These sounds are produced by a variety of instruments that emit overtones, including Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes from France, Pala Seed Chimes, Ukrainian Chimes, African Heartwood Rain Sticks, Artisan Rattles, Ocean Wave Drum.

As you immerse yourself in a Sound Bath and direct your attention to listening, you enable your brain waves to slow down, transitioning from a more active state to a state of deep relaxation, or even into a dreamlike state.
