Silverwood OnStage: Interact Center for the Arts Cabaret

Silverwood OnStage is proud to welcome Interact Center for the Visual and Performing Arts for an evening of heartful and honest performance. Featuring their entire cast of 30 artists, this traveling cabaret includes a dynamic range of acts—singing, dancing, poetry, comedy and more.

This special performance offers a tour of Interact’s 30-year history, with pieces spanning their earliest productions to hints of future shows. It highlights the unique talents and strengths of their performers, covering a wide emotional landscape—from love, grief and anger to finding joy in the darkness.

Through bold storytelling and authentic expression, this cabaret challenges perceptions of disability by placing lived experiences directly in the spotlight. Since 1996, Interact’s mission has been to create art that builds community. With over 100 artists working across theater and studio arts, Interact is multicultural, intergenerational and embraces the full spectrum of disability labels.

This event will take place in Silverwood's outdoor amphitheater. Bring a picnic blanket or lawn chair and others to enjoy it with! In the event of inclement weather, the decision may be made to move the performance inside to the visitor center’s Great Hall.
