A Fitness Fundraiser to SAVE Lives: HITT, POUND, Reset & SAVE

Join MJ Weiss Blair, SAVE Board Member and Founder of Kayla's HOPE-Helping Others Protecting Everyone and Leah Sweet, POUND Pro Group Fitness Instruction for a high energy Sweat & SAVE event!

This event is a fitness fundraiser for people of all skills and fitness levels aimed at encouraging others to take action and make a difference. You will participate in three different types of group fitness: cardio HIIT, POUND, and yoga. Join us to dance, kick it out, tap the beat with a drumstick, and finally reset your mind and body.

At SAVE, we believe that suicide is preventable through public awareness, community education, training for key stakeholders, advocating for systemic change, and providing unwavering support for those who have lost loved ones. We know we can SAVE lives.

This event honors Kayla Gaebel, who died by suicide. Kayla loved sunflowers, so bring your brightest smile, heart and get ready to move!
