Knit in the Round – Simple Beanie Hat

Learn how to knit in the round on circular needles and create a warm, simple beanie hat. Students will learn how to read a simple knitting pattern, cast onto circular knitting needles, knit and purl to create a ribbed brim/band for the base of the hat, then how to switch to a larger size knitting needles and finally how to decrease and close up the top of the hat, switching to double point knitting needles. All supplies are included with class fee.
