Tank, Top, Tee Workshop
7/1, 7/8, (No class 7/15), 7/22, 7/29, 8/5, 8/12, 8/19; Tuesdays from 6:00-7:30pm at Casting On
Learn to knit a fast and fun summer sweater.
Choose either a tank top pattern, a sleeveless top pattern, or a tee-shirt pattern for a fun summer knit. I’ve knitted and thoroughly gone through the following three patterns, but you can also find your own pattern and join in the fun.
Get help troubleshooting, learning new techniques, finishing tips and all kinds of other knitting wisdom, with the fun of camaraderie along the way.
How the Workshop works:
Students will sign up for the workshop, but can for the most part attend whichever dates and sessions they choose. They can attend just 1 or two of the classes, or all of the scheduled sessions.
*Attendance at the first class is recommended.
During the first class we will walk through measurements, choosing a size, gauge, and the construction of your project.
After the first class, students will knit at their own pace. There isn’t a timeline to follow, just bring your knitting, and your questions, and we all learn together.
Class Cost: $15 per student, per session
Yarn and Needles: See your specific pattern and size for info.
Patterns: Students must purchase their own patterns.
