Event 2 of #theoakseries is Murph!

Join us on May 24, 2025 to participate in this iconic, hero workout; dedicated to the men and women of the U.S. Military who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our country.
Named after U.S. Navy Seal, Lt. Michael P. Murphy, MURPH consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1-mile run.

Cost:
-$40 Early registration (4/11-5/2)
-$50 Standard registration (5/3-5/16)
-$60 Late registration (5/17-5/23)
