Irenic Yoga & Tea

Yoga & tea vibes are back for May! My April class was a hit so I’m offering another class this month. 🥰

Come join me for another 60-minute, chill yoga flow on Sunday, May 25th at 10:00 AM at Magnolia Park in Apopka. All levels are welcome and the class will be beginner friendly. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Come for yoga, stay for some tea! I’ll have some cold, refreshing Irenic Tea to try after class and teas available for purchase. 🍵

Details:
✨ Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get set up before class
✨ Wear something comfy
✨ Bring a yoga mat, water, and blanket (blanket is optional but helps keep your mat clean)
✨ Love donations accepted
